Approval of transactions with the antimonopoly authority within the framework of control over economic concentration (mergers and acquisitions);
Consulting on issues of unfair competition and compliance with advertising legislation;
Representing clients during investigations of violations of antimonopoly legislation, reviewing cases of administrative offenses and judicial challenge of decisions of antimonopoly authorities;
Representing clients on other issues of interaction with the antimonopoly authority (responding to requests from the antimonopoly authority, obtaining clarifications, etc.).
